Sherlock Communications, a Public Relations and Digital Marketing agency focused on Latin America, dominated the Davos Communications Awards 2021, winning 5 of the 11 award categories. The result was announced on June 28th, during an online ceremony broadcast directly from Davos, in which dozens of high-level professionals gathered to celebrate the year’s top communication leaders and their outstanding results.

In addition to being named as PR Consultancy of the Year, Sherlock Communications was also the winner in the following categories: Davos Annual Global Communications Overall Achievement; Best Use of Brand, with our client Getty Images; Best CSR or ESG, with the Pimp My Carroça NGO; and Rising Star, for practitioners under the age of 30, awarded to Sherlock’s  Public Relations consultant Isabella Cotta. “I am very honored to receive the “Rising Star under 30” award for global reach, and to be recognized for the work I have done in Brazil and in Latin America”, said Isabella.

The Davos Communications Awards 2021 brought together an international jury consisting of 15 renowned PR professionals and senior industry leaders from Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and Latin America. The jury’s global perspective ensured that the awards were a genuine representation of the diversity on display in the public relations and communications profession.

Competing with some of the largest communications agencies in the world, Sherlock Communications was a finalist in 6 categories – the most nominations of any agency. “Sherlock Communications has been named the best agency in Latin America in other award ceremonies, and is now the winner of 5 global awards.
